I'm going to ring ASIC and ask why LDA is allowed to vote their 500 million shares , when they have a financial interest in the outcome of the sale of Kat Gap.
They only have a million odd shares, separate to the 500 mill. Also I will ask why they have''t been required to make a bid for the rest of the stock.
The meeting could be held up again .
