Judging by the way they went for me. I don't think investor shareholders would understand the ramifications of all this to equity providers.

I think this is a stitch up and many of those, who gave them money will miss out, that is, they will get near worthless shares. But play with fire and it is easy to get burnt.
The shame is we are unlikely to get a report from the shareholder meeting. This is one very big lesson in investing.The circus moves on to the next site. Watch out !
