FIFO , DaftGarf wasn't up to it, so they brought in Ghosta. I wouldn't mind betting people are contacting the company & getting told they will be looked after if they support the company online. Their current financier stands to get 7 million dollars, that's why they are playing hardball with any criticism. How many trade creditors are going to have to convert to shares, they will be very unhappy doing that. Have a look at what the company owns. Who in their right mind would want the shares when the company is going for the cash? If the motions are passed, **promotion blocked** is going to allow them to trade for up to 6 months. This is probably because they have that conversion of debt to shares in the voting motions. But what hasn't been factored in here by **promotion blocked** is, that this stock has flat-lined at one-tenth of a cent to 12 months at a time, with no buyer. Because the company was issuing stock at half the selling price. So how can anyone guarantee they can get out, if it goes one-tenth of a cent seller, with no buyer for 6 months?

Obviously there is going to be a lot of sellers because the creditors are going to be forced to take stock if the motions are passed.
Seriously does anyone think there are going to be any buyers of a stock on the screen if they have just virtually liquidated the company, by selling off its sole project?
Ghosta I own a million-dollar house outright, if you want to put a million dollars up, we'll go to a lawyer & I'll sign documents to prove I bought $500 of shares and that's all . Easy money for you Ghosta just let me know if you want to put up a million. I don't think you will have the courage to do that. Rather you will peddle your lies & fabrication, but I must say you are very good at confusing people.
We said it was a scam for 2 years, and they have done nothing to disprove that. And Ghosta, don't try to pretend I am the only one criticizing the company, there are at least 10 here that call it a scam, but you are too blind to acknowledge that, because it doesn't suit your purposes.
Everyone research Fists Fly at AGM & you will recognize some names here. Research Golden West Resources / Fairstar Resources. Also research Classic Mining went to Court when a family member took the company to Court, over the deals they were doing. Also, Reseach the Gekko deal. They were also in trouble with the Tax Department over dealings. Just read this thread, everything is listed here.
I think they have promised this 7 million to a certain party & they are a little concerned it mightn't come off, hence the vicious attack on critics.
