Guys , notice who's not around. DaftGarf has taken over duties of 'filling the void' as Steve Bannon calls it . They have done their best to start an argument, so as to take criticism off the company, leading up to the vote. It's a shame two are illiterate. Why wouldn't shareholders vote no, it is not as if there is anything in this for them, except near worthless CLZ script.
Imagine how fortunate are those Convertible Note Holders were who traded the notes for shares & managed to sell on the market, before the stock was suspended . They have been playing' pass the parcel' for years.
According to the last account , those left holding the notes are few. It is a bit hard to work out if LDA bought out some of the noteholders. But LDA can't vote the 500 million & none of the noteholders could vote their interest either, so it might be an interesting vote. What percentage do they need to secure a yes vote? This may be why they are steaming mad.
So Max, is the only way you can get your money back, is if they get a yes vote, and it starts trading again . Or have they done a deal with them? Anyway, if they don't get a yes vote, LDA won't get their money back & I'd imagine Max won't either, hence his efforts in 'talking up' the ladies. which comes from old drilling results.
