Night you are on to it with the timeline. Everything they do is a stuff-up & they have stuffed this up in a miriad of ways . As night has pointed out they have stuffed up the time that the ASX requires shareholders need to be notified for a meeting, is it 28 days & they have only allowed 20 days .
So wouldn't the meeting be a non-compliant with ASX rules , and not a properly constituted meeting & any motions voted on invalid . We should contact ASX & advise them.
