The amount of shares LDA is allowed to take looks like they haven't addressed this correctly, and they will be restricted to the 19.9 per cent . What do others think , i'm not claiming i understand this.
I don't know if shareholders can vote for thenm to take up the 34 per cent.
None of these issues have been made clear. Does anyone else know ?
Maybe mister 'know it all' can check with the main man on this one .
