In 2019 after a consolidation MTL(CAD) had 1.8 bil shares now ASX rules state you can only issue 10% new share each year but 2025 they have 6.2 bil shares.And what does the ASX do about it Nothing.
Probably a good thing if the company burns in an instant and save a lot of people a lot of money I know thy have cost me a small fortune !!!
