As someone who's less knowledgeable about the finance side of things - can someone dumb it down for me? Are these resolutions basically proposing that the recent placement is excluded from the 15% of SOI issuance per year limit, meaning that it allows them to issue more shares via further raises above and beyond the 15% limit for the financial year? Or something to that effect?

Surely they're not thinking about rattling the money jar at retail shareholders again to fund any of the plant build capex, right?
