This "thing" (for want of a better word and, without being vulgar...) has burgeoned into such a nepotistic little slag it is almost embarrassing. What gets me is there is no real challenging of Mr B and his Board on this and other matters.

For the sake of $350k, shareholders are going to be (once again!!) diluted....this time by ~7.6%. Without bothering to take my calculator out and work over the past financials, it seems clear to me, the ongoing real inflation rate, the ongoing loss of purchasing power and, of course, the ongoing dilution factor through the issuing of even more shares means any perceived value in this little slag has well been washed down the toilet. Yes, one may be holding bits of paper stating they own a portion of this "thing" (it is not a public company's backside I'm sorry to say), but in terms of intrinsic value - it has none. Even if it miraculously does a 180 degree turn, it will take many years to recoup what has been lost - let alone any real growth.

Siren, if you live nearby mate - why not turn up to the meeting and give it to them.... would be interesting to see how they respond.

I was going to comment on the HY report (especially the P&L, Balance Sheet and C/Flow statement) but I would probably only incur some more of your fella's wrath, which I don't want to do, so I' won't. What I will do is offer all "stalwarts" my sincerest best of luck. I'm off to learn more about how to identify a corporate slag as early as possible.....
