If you want to vote against, you need to tear apart the stapled booklet. Fill in details, add extra detail that are omitted from the form itself. Then send it back, with no certainty of lodgement.
When I spoke to the share registry, they said they didn't mail out the forms it was the company themselves.
So all very deliberate choices to minimise participation in the meeting, and push one outcome over others.
