    Rob Zomer has the mentality that this is a big pharma company with big bucks and he deserves to be paid for his services. This guy, the directors and the company is completely delusional. They know they have the numbers to pass any resolution and are just milking every cent out of it.
    What I dont understand is how Mercer or Oak Capital continue to support this mob. If I was an investor in Mercer or Oak I would want explanations on WHY? are you putting money into a bottomless sink hole where you dont get your money back.
