Not only are they getting paid in shares but they will all be taking a significant pay cut. From a collective 950k down to 720k.
I cant say it looks entirely selfless to me. I'm sure the board is happy with the share price so they can maximise ownership for as low a price as possible. Holding out on drill results, holding out on testing results, holding out on financing. Smash that SP to as low as it can go, get em cheap, then release the SP increasing announcements. Hopefully this will be the final fisting for long term shareholders. Because right now it feels like Paul's got both his in mine and he's giving my kidneys a tickle.
