    "I sold $75K in PAR shares @ 50c to buy $42K in PAROA @ 15c, which means if by February 2026 PAR's share price is below 22c or above ~76c (assuming σ_PBO=100%), I'll be better off than if I'd held onto my PAR shares."

    Ummm, so let's get this straight. The conversion price is 65c per share. If the share price is as you say, 'trading below 22c', your PAROA is worthless. You paid 15c for PAROA. It'll cost you another 65c to convert it. That's 80c to buy one share of PAROA at 15c, and another 65c to convert it. So how does PAR trading at 76c at the time of conversion (assuming that happens which is possible), mean you'll be better off? It cost you 80c to buy your options and convert it, so if its trading at 76c, you are sitting on a loss.
