I think its also interesting they are seeking to ratify the share placement in this financial year which may indicate they are seeking to finalise a deal this financial year. This personally makes sense as well as as PAR have confirmed (yesterday) they are progressing with the trial and dosing in Aus in May so this month coming up and progressing with the USA a well. They would not progress with the trials without funds being bed down. I don't see any downside or reason to panic with the announcement at the moment.
