Hi Hunter, I agree that they won't be able to fund P3 through CR, and that the crunch time is now. PR has to get funding from somewhere sooner or later. But what do you make of the resolution that allow them more capacity to do issue more equity? Normally, with CR, they are very discreet about it, and launch at the very last minute, which contrast to this open and transparent tilt at it this time around.
