with those shares andprecondition whichhave already been met will become instant mutlimillionaires. And 10-12% dilutionis not reasonable. at the rate more company would call that dilute a collapse
we are yet to get a dividend, and they want to be multi millionaires, they are suppose to be working for our benifiit adn the company NOT for themselves/
a few may diagree and think the exec are entitlbe to line up at the trough no me. pay the owner of the comapany firsts then worry abour bonuse, theycan buy sahres if they believe taking 10s of million of $ away from us is ok
too many companies i know are in the directors umbrella of blindness and law unto themselves, and they make the rules across many companies and all that without a penny to shareholders first, some companies years of losses, (and we are still in loss country) get 10s of millions ..how is that fair and reasonable
