Reread the posts,Chartwizard and their references to Lowkeys posts on daily short lists giving hard irrefutable facts as to what this stock has been copping.You don't have to 'be waiting for a while.' You could have an open mind and go check the figures for yourself..Just to make sure Lowkey didn't make them up.
Or have a look at the following extract;from a paper by the Melbourne Law School entitled Stock Market Manipulation and Short Selling by Vivian Wasser. Page thirteen is very relevant.

The Regulation of Short Selling
...declarations can be made in respect of securities of companies that have at least50million
shares or stock units on issue, that have a market capitalisation of more than$100million and
where there is,in the opinion of the exchange, enough liquidity in the market in respect of the
securities. Business rules stipulate that short sales cannot represent more than I0per cent of
the total number of units of the approved security. Short sales are to be reported to the ex-
change. The seller is to provide margin of at least 20per cent of the contract price and there is
to be no short sale below the last ordinary sale price. Short sales are not permitted while a take-
over bid is current.64

It should be noted that ASIC is empowered to prohibit short selling in respect of
securities generally, or a class of securities. 65 This provision is designed to facilitate the
workings of a fair, orderly and efficient market and enables the regulator to protect the
interests of investors who might sustain financial loss as a result of short sales, or to
protect the public interest.[ har-bloody-har]

Of course at Law a company is considered a separate entity from the beneficial owner.A beneficiary owner can have multiple companies who can and do trade the same shares between them via a compliant broker or brokers. As we see on a daily basis with HRZ.
