As Lowkey has noted, the HRZ BoD have likely developed a strategy in what has become a relatively short but sustained growth in resources both in the ground but also in terms of personnel and acquisitions, within roughly 12 months. Opting to increase the register by this latest CR must have been well debated and I expect the details to be presented at the AGM. As a result there is circa $30m to be used wisely in what could be described as a break-out period presumably in the near to medium term with HRZ emerging as a mid to large Gold (and Silver?) producer with milling capacity. Ultimately, HRZ may have stalled any possible T/O and with the sp as it stands there is a strong chance that as the dust settles the company will grow exponentially.
