In mid to late April the company held a strategic planning meeting, and would I have loved to have been a fly on the wall.
My guess though is the company has always recognised the need for speed in getting Black Swan up and running and concluded more working capital was needed and needed faster than the two joint venture arrangements could provide, hence this mammoth capital raise that many on here are not entirely happy with and others strongly against tranche 2.
I reckon management have all stops pulled out or will have once this CR general meeting concludes.
Three months ago on
10th March two key personnel appointments were announced.
Just recently director Waugh was appointed a director, and we are told Burbanks will start drilling in June. I think there is a lot going on at the office and the strategic plan is in place.
