It would be great opportunity to ask the Board if anyone else is able to participate with the convertible note deal as proposed to current Director - $200,000 @ 9% or convert to shares. The 12 month term is smart too, the arbitration hearing will be over - if Cassius claim fails, the note holder gets $218,000 cash or if Cassius wins, he converts to shares to exploit the dividend option. What’s interesting, is the same Director lent $200,000 to the company in Dec 2024 and was paid back in full in Feb after the placement of 100,000,000 shares (@ 1c).
