Vote to approve shares allotted in February at 10 cents.
That's quite a fast rise to today's price.
Somebody will be making a motser and it's easy enough to see whom, because they are the ones who also often get shares for free under the iniquitous umbrella of performance grants.
I'm a shareholder, but this is over-valued at present, caught up in the gold price ramp up I'd expect, like a few others.
It's done well though, and I've taken some profits, so I can't complain, and if someone could short it then I'd grab some more and rinse and repeat, but still on to a free core of holdings.
It will be interesting to see what happens with this stock over the next year.
