Now that Resolution 5 is formally published in the Notice of Meeting, it’s effectively live. While it still requires shareholder approval, the structure is in place and—let’s be realistic—it wont be voted down.
So in terms of timing, I’d say news flow could resume at any moment. In fact, it’s entirely possible that one or more of the four performance milestones could be met, even, before votes are cast.
As you mentioned , PW, his looks like carefully timed choreography: lock in the incentives, and now unleash the news.
Its been 22 days since the last hole was announced, then crickets!
