Yes, I got my notice too and will VOTE YES!. Looks like those people know what they are talking about and that this is the only change to save the company. Merger - what a joke!
I am impressed with the proposed board credential, I feel it will be incomparable to what we have now.
What I am most impressed about is how they have it all transparently laid out for us. Comprehensive, understandable and to the point.
