Why is this board making all these changes and decisions and why hasn't the new management team been formed to carve out the NEW CVI.
We know the decisions the current board has made in the past have failed its shareholders. How do we know that these decisions are the right course of action? Shareholders want to this company to turn around but need to ensure it is being steered by the right crew.
What if the new management team don't want to deal with Celtic Capital, or want CVI as part of the future company name, or want $3 million rather than $2 million? What about new management wanting to keep Fortitude and have other ideas around what is core assests?
Its probably too late, and new management have to mangage with the left overs.
