Whilst i agree with you all that the current management team needs to be held to account for the dismal share price and the lack of production performance i will not join the growing voice until i have further details from the 'hopefuls'.

I am all for a new management team if that new management team have a coherent strategy to add value to the company. To this point i have seen no strategy from these new 'hopefuls' that will cause me to back them at the EGM. These guys need to prove to me they are competent.

It is important we don't want to jump on a band wagon just because the current management are not performing. We need to find a long term solution that involves Molopo proving themselves as an oil producer and changing the perception regarding this company.
