    abu u mean u anticipated a $10m cap raise..at 8.2 cents..thats like...120m shares..wow..qtr of company given away...n options now dead in the water with this epic dilution...and were supposed to have $16 m in kitty...this smells bad... i dont knw how they can fool 13.5k holders...its like their doing a magic trick..
