Possibly they had no choice due to EIM's recent public statements, but I am of the view that shareholders should always have FIRST dibs on providing capital pro-rata. They can always underwrite that to the sophisticated. But that isnt the way Perth works!

Just pointing it out because I have exposure to S.P. elsewhere and it is like watching a train wreck unfolding, a train wreck I have been in before.
