Does anyone have an idea about the terms of the Celtic notes?
It is past conversion date which was extended to March 31st.
Does it carry interest?...What are the conversion terms?
As we stand ( provided the resolutions of various share & option issues are ratified)...KAB has:
1) 870m FPO.
2) 60m 0.01 options.
3) 80m 0.02 options.
4) 100m Noble warrants @ 0.012.
Debt:
1) 700Ks Crown/OKAP.
2) 1m Celtic.
3) Noble debt that will supposedly be paid off with ore.
I can't trace the terms of the celtic notes....Has it been extended further?
