Page 8 - Use of Funds. $250,000 Columbia/gold prospects. Do we really need to spread even thinner now?

Still looks like we have an opportunity on 7th July to go speak to the directors.

Also interesting on page 6 - directors are both a) shareholders and b) Related parties. Does this mean that they can tip in $30K each (15*2) - Or potentially the 60K in part b can be split out however they want? Could be a good thing if they are willing to tip in more cash than others.

Also good to see the ability to offer shortfall, since that wasnt mentioned in previous documents.
