I'm hoping it doesn't, but if the yes vote gets up, they should collect anything owed, pay the outstanding accounts, make a special dividend payment to SH and fold the whole thing up.
There is no future for a company trying to operate in NSW. Give up and give us our money.
I won't be happy with that result, but I can't see the point in starting with a bucket of money and a Board and management who will slowly draw it all down.
I'm in the "I've lost so much of my original capital" club, so I'd rather keep fighting and put pressure on the NSW Govt via the courts as I firmly believe that is our best bet. In the meantime, we should be booking drills and getting Rosella started.
