Good observation, I just checked the original presentation and they seem to be on track.
Interestingly the stop order has worked in Nuheara's favour, they now need to issue less shares for the CR and had more time to screen investors, they raised the $500k for the prototype fairly quickly and, in my opinion, they have announced the CR at 2.5c probably because they are pretty confident they can fill the capital requirement at that mark, pretty bold move I would say considering the closing was 2.3c, in other words they are telling us that the retail valuation shouldn't be less than 3c!. Just my opinion.
