Albeit the notice 3/03/2016 (today) I believe has the wrong date 1/12/2015 see following,

"A summary of the terms of the Asset Sale Agreement are set out in the notice of meeting dated 1 December 2015 for the Company’s general meeting of shareholders held on 12 January 2015 (Original Meeting)."

I suspect it should refer to the 1/12/14 notice where the 3/03/2016 notice refers us back to the 1/12/2014 asset sale agreement and has the clause (g) page 5 escrow, I hope the linking does indeed tie SPM to the escrow without it being in black and white today.
