AGM NOTICE mailed out
what stands out is on the FRONT page.....the BIG "AGAINST"
Aren't these NOTICES meant to be just notices...not to be used to promote ones own agenda....have to ask if this is entirely legal????
Never seen this before.....appears to be bias of the greatest magnitude...and shareholder funds are paying for it....
The self promotion ...to saves once butt , just gives me even more reason to vote for the REMOVAL OF TONY SAGE....
The whole self promotion just exposes his poor a performance .
At the present the company is in its death throws....under new management it may just have a chance of surviving and improving.....
All these subsidiary companies look good on paper...but most are worthless and just consume cash in the form of management fees...and guess which company ultimately foots the bill....
Overpaid directors for an under performing company...a sink hole for cash......
The directors have had their chance....a massive pay cut was suggested by many ...and ignored....
IT TIME for a change of management.....my vote is for him to be banished to the wilderness
