TS stacked the shareholding with his people throughout the year in preparation for this vote. Someone on here said that he is willing to buy stock - simple reason is, that he gets much more back in director salaries and self paid bonuses, paid leases to his other companies and consulting fees to himself. Reinvesting a little of that to prop up the share price is a small price to pay.

IMO, sale of Marampa is the only real asset of value at the moment. Lithium is looking more and more like a poor quality mining asset.
