The dilution is beyond acceptable.
I'd like to bring back the MIN saga few months ago. At the time SH were told that there were multiple BOAs with cash prepayments and it was crucial to resolve MIN asap. All the evidences at the time were on PLS side and till today there is no ann from MIN that they have completed the GAM purchase. Still the management paid MIN 50 millions dollars worth of share at .49 which was equivalent to 9% of the business. Ok i know its good the RoFR is gone but how is it justifiable after 2 months still no BOA ? We SH diluted out holding for 9% to make way for future BOA which have not been delivered. That was a bad bad deal. Sorry no share incentives unless BOAs are announced.
