I for one aren't angry, I think they're doing a great job of getting the mine up and running.

I have a problem with the self-serving that goes on in the upper echelons of just about all ASX listed companies and I believe that management and boards need to be held more accountable to shareholders and not be able to circumvent rules preventing them from this accountability.

From what we've seen so far there have been a large number of shares/options/incentives been handed out in what I believe to be a far too generous manner and I want to make sure us shareholders have at least a minor voice (because we all know how little we matter in reality to boards) in the granting of incentives. If resolution 3 is passed then we lose the small amount of control we have over future issuances.

Don't get me wrong, I believe that management do deserve to be fairly compensated, but from the track record so far I see a trail of excess at our expense.
