I have no issues with key PLS staff getting options for reaching key milestones or adding great value to the share price.
However it is harder to justify these options when:
- there is no binding offtake agreements with Upfront Payments
- there is no mining license
- the share price is not approaching new highs (so all PLS holders benefit)
Also the strikes of the employee options should also be targeted towards high performance such as the option is not exercisable until the share price hits $1.
