Poorly written, poorly conceived.
A number of ASX companies have tried this greedy grab in recent times (they must have gone to the same school).
Some BOD have had the guts to withdraw resolutions which attempt to reward Directors and Employees in companies WITHOUT demonstrable revenue.
Great resource but gee the Management there of .................. leaves me cold.
