Who are these people they want to give free oppies to in resolutions 5 to 9 and what is the justification? I understand 3 and 4 as he's a director and they say "it's considered to constitute part of (his) reasonable remuneration" however I can't find the rationale for the people in 5 to 9? It appears at least some of them took part in recent capital raisings if you look at Annexure A to the AGM Notice.
