What is meant to transpire is:
Current shares on offer - 2,230,064,127, Market Cap $40,141,154.29 (@0.018)
Shares after 2 for 1 deal - 1,115,032,063
Since the amount of shares on offer has halved this means the Market Cap halves. (at the 0.018 price)
What market is meant to do is realise that it was trading at 40M Market Cap so to get back there the price should be 0.036 (double 0.018).
This is my understanding so feel free to point out if incorrect.
