Except for the fact they are not obligated to buy any shares at all, so this isn't factual in any form. Applying to be able to buy 250k of shares is different to actually buying them.
If they wanted to do this, they should have done it months ago, but they knew full well at that time that the SP had some more tanking to do - so they didn't put any skin in the game.
If anything, it could be a sign that we're reaching rock bottom, but it could be a sign we are also running out of money and are now dependent on funds from the BOD.
We'll see I guess. However I take their application to buy with a grain of salt, because this BOD say many things hiding behind wording and spin.
