    XPE will consolidate first, then XPE issue another $7,500,000 worth of shares to Sophs, if 3 cents a share after consolidation equates to roughly 250,000,000 shares issued. At 1.5c, after consolidation, 500,000,000 shares issued.

    Which price do you think the Sophs will want it at ?.
