    400:1 consolidation? Are you serious, management? How could you come up with a consolidation of 400:1? I can agree with a consolidation, but what about 4:1? significantly better, is not it? How can you management do like this? My little to nothing voting rights cannot prevent it from being manipulated by the management. This is absolutely ridiculous.
