Looks like the $5 mill proposition is a get-set strategy to not only considerably average down for the new substantial holders, but to also dominate the register and provide ample liquidity in order for a new potential asset.
I sure hope the current Malaysian business does not have any hidden monetary liabilities that no one knows about.
