@fooca, hope you are well. I am in the view of saying NO WAY to the Resolution 3, as I feel we don’t need the funds (cough cough). I remember we seemed to be on the same page in regards to management taking care of their friends and mates. As you may be aware that SPP participants cannot vote for this resolution. This resolution does not affect any current share holder participation. This resolution is purely for the nonholder participants. I suppose they can buy at the market like the ordinary shareholders. I would like to hear your thoughts.

I am saying NO to any SH dilution with 59.9M options handed over for being friends.
