I'm not sure either, but reads to me like the bank has a lawyer with too much time on his hands looking for weaknesses and needs to ensure the Celemetrix shares acquired are included in assets they can access, and unless financial Assistance is approved by shareholders, then it isnt watertight for the bank. Bush lawyer' s guess!!
I'll write the MD to issue a letter to shareholders in plain english
