I'm wondering how the figures are going to add up when we give away a huge gross flat fee for licensing and we're still on the hook for a further 3% gross to Tulip Bay unless the Appeal in the Supreme Court (December or January this year according to our lawyer) overrules the Chief Justice's decision.
I'm actually happy with the percentage as 20% of nothing is nothing and we need it to be something. The 5 million shares sticks a bit but..... if the get deals over the line I will be happy.
