Dude. I'm vested because a friggin director indicated it was fa when i emailed him waaay back. It's still going! I just don't like being piddled on and told it's raining. I'll be glad when what the company has told me and then others through releases actually happens. I bought MORE thinking i was clever and knowing that a win in court clears the decks. Did you not notice the MASSIVE price contractions down after each legal action we lost? You see, losing money makes me sad. Now, I'm guessing a win in the court of appeal will be positive. There's no way a company would spend coin in the court of appeal if it was going to lose...... is there? The ramifications for thos would be brutal.
