The follow stats as of July 2017 are for US Airlines operating 757-200's & 757-300's
Delta 128
United 77 ( but 56 older types phasing out 2019 to Boeing 737MAX)
American 56
All other are non passenger Airlines
DHL 25
Fedex 110
UPS 75
Passenger type total 205 come 2019 of which Delta have 62%
Hence minimal collateral damage.
