When I met the Executive team of ISX a few years ago they stressed they were very invested in the success of the company.There is plenty examples of CEOs and the executive team granting themselves big bonuses while the company continues to lose money year after year and then walk away without a care about the mess they left behind.
The way I see it, if John and the team are working hard to ensure the long term growth and success of ISX then I am happy to support them.
Ultimately I don’t mind how wealthy they become as long as I benefit as well. I want to see a triple figure SP so I want an executive team that are very motivated to achieve it.

If they don’t meet my expectations for the increased salaries and bonuses then I will voice my disappointment and concerns at the AGM.
For those that haven’t been able to attend one I have always found JK responds well to a critical question rather than taking it as a personal attack.
